  The sales staff at Scooters Scooters ARE very helpful and friendly, always willing to answer questions and have a coffee! However, I can not say that I have had the same level of service from their service centre - ScooterLife - not only are they rude and complacent, but my scooter always returns with more problems not less!! In fact, since it's first service I've barely been able to ride it!!
  I recently took my scooter elsewhere for a service as I didn't understand why it rarely ran and had more problems, not less, after a trip to ScooterLife Service - apparently this is not an uncommon complaint with this company! I was informed that the bike was incorrectly calibrated, which had caused build up throughout the system!! and that the replacement battery, for the one that mysteriously stopped working after 1700km, was a cheaper model and, as I had seen for myself, prone to corrosion!!
  Save yourself the expense and get your bike serviced elsewhere!!
