  My boyfriend took me to get ribs and we had high expectations in line with his previous great experiences. However we were disappointed with the service; firstly we arrived on time with our 8:15pm booking (because they were 'booked out' untill then) and we were seated outside in the cold- there were plenty of tables inside. Then 20 minutes after we closed our menus the waiter still hadn't taken our orders, instead he was clearing plates from another table, so I had to call him over. After sitting in the cold wind for a bit we asked if the heaters could be turned on, there was one heater on out of the dozen they had and it was heating a table with no customers around it! Finally they turned the heater on but brought it to a different table not ours when we had requested it.
  
  We got our meals and I was happy but thought the coleslaw serving was very small. Then someone projectile vomitted in front of us. Instead of immediately moving us to a different table they just put a caution cone. By this time we were half finished our meals, the steak was rare when we asked for medium rare. We had to wait ages before a waiter checked on us and they cooked it again. Later they checked if we were okay still sitting there next to the vomit.
  
  Overall bad experience, bad service, good ribs.
